DATA PRIVACY POLICY

Information We Process

By participating in, availing, attending and/or registering for the program/activity, I give my consent to Dr. Carl Balita, Dr. Carl Balita Review Center, CEB Holdings, Inc., Dr. Carl E. Balita Foundation, and their agents, partners, and trusted third-party service providers to collect, record, use, store, disclose, reproduce, distribute, publish, and process any and all of my personal information and sensitive personal information (such as but not limited to my name, biographical information, likeness, photo, and video), including those which are publicly available, which I disclose, and/or which are collected during the course of or by reason of the activity/program.

Purpose of Processing

We process the information collected for purposes of, among others, conducting and delivering the program/activity, providing related goods and services and information related thereto, documentation, rendering assistance, promotion, marketing, research and data analysis, public and private reports, record-keeping, communications, improvement of goods and services, fulfillment of obligations under the law, sustainability and social responsibility efforts, and other purposes in compliance with requirements under the law, in accordance with R.A. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

I agree to respect and uphold the intellectual property rights of Dr. Carl Balita, Dr. Carl Balita Review Center, CEB Holdings, Inc., and Dr. Carl E. Balita Foundation. This includes but is not limited to its trademarks, and its copyright over any and all materials, videos, slides, lectures, books, handouts, and other works. Any and all reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written authorization shall be strictly prohibited. Dr. Carl Balita, Dr. Carl Balita Review Center, CEB Holdings, Inc., and Dr. Carl E. Balita Foundation shall prosecute any and all infringement of intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law.
